We want you and your little one to be absolutely delighted with your wooden essentials from Nanhay Kadam. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here is our simple return process.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the wooden product must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unused and unplayed with.
In the original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact Us First: To start a return, please email us at info@nanhaykadam.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Label: If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
No Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your Product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@nanhaykadam.com. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted and the refund is processed, simply make a new, separate purchase for the correct item.
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on the following:
Used Toys: For safety and hygiene, any wooden toy that shows clear signs of having been used or played with.
Custom/Personalized Products: Items that were specially ordered or personalized for you.
Sale Items or Gift Cards.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed on our end.
Bank Processing Time: Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take an additional few days to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@nanhaykadam.com so we can look into it for you.
