We are excited for your child to start playing with their new wooden products! Here is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Handling Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of purchase.
Notifications: Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a second Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.
We offer the following shipping options for orders within Pakistan:
Note: Delivery times are estimates and start after the order has been processed and shipped.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
If the tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, family members, and the surrounding areas of your delivery location.
If you still cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately, as they can often locate the package or initiate a claim.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at info@nanhaykadam.com, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Before Shipping: If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@nanhaykadam.com before your order ships, and we will do our best to correct it.
After Shipping: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
